Position 1 :  Accountant

Duties:

  • Daily bookkeeping and handle full set of accounts for various clients at our office or client’s office using MYOB, Quickbook or Excel
  • Prepare financials statements, including balance sheet, profit and loss, and management reports
  • Liaise and manage the accounting team in Shenzhen office
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required by the management
Requirement:
  • At least 3 years full set book-keeping/ audit experience
  • Post-secondary or above; LCCI intermediate
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing)
  • Familiar the use of MYOB and Quickbook
  • Experience in working in CPA firm is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written Putonghua, English and Cantonese
  • High degree of independence, self-motivated and responsible

Position 2 : Audit Senior /Semi-senior

Requirement:
  • Member of HKICPA or other relevant professional bodies
  • 2-3 years audit experience ; at least 4 years audit experience for audit senior
  • Those has experience in audit of listed companies and PRC companies and familiar with listing rules will have advantage
  • Familiar with HKFRS and companies ordinance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of independence, self-motivated and responsible
  • Willing to travel
Position 3: Company Secretary and Administration Executive
Duties:
  • Prepare and handling documents for company set-up and compliance
  • Perform company secretarial work
  •  Ad hoc assignment and administrative work
Requirement:
  • Complete secondary or tertiary education
  • At least 3 years working experience
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English and Mandarin speaking
  • Knowledge of MS office and Chinese word processing
  • Responsible, mature, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Able to manage time and be punctual
  • Ability to take initiative and carry out tasks with limited supervision
  • Candidate has knowledge and experience in company secretarial tasks will be in advantage
